Chuy's in Dallas is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our bar, lobby, and to-go operations with a guest-first mindset. You will drive high-volume service while maintaining food quality and safety standards in a scratch-kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recent restaurant management experience, holds a Food Handlers and Alcoholic Beverage certifications, and demonstrates urgency, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations across bar, lobby, and to-go systems to ensure smooth service.
• Lead with energy and a commitment to excellence, delivering great guest experiences from entry to departure.
