Chuy's Restaurants in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operation, overseeing the bar, lobby, and to-go systems with energy, passion, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll lead a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment and ensure guests feel welcomed from entry to departure.

You will develop the team, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and maintain quality while driving a memorable dining experience at our lively concept.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar, lobby, and to-go operations to ensure smooth daily service.
• Drive guest satisfaction from entry to exit and maintain service standards.
