Job summary

Cobalt Summit Corp. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our flagship Boston location. The role oversees daily operations, manages staff schedules, and ensures top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with suppliers, handle customer concerns, and train new hires to uphold high standards of quality and guest experience. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in restaurant management, a passion for the industry, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• A passion for food and customer service is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage staff scheduling and training to maintain high standards of service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor inventory of food and beverages and place orders to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws.
• Handle customer complaints and provide excellent service recovery.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead a team of 20–30 employees to deliver exceptional service.
