Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee with locations across multiple states, seeks a Restaurant Manager for a Phoenix store. You will recruit, develop, and lead the team, implement standards of quality service and cleanliness, and drive store profitability.

The role demands strong leadership, guest focus, and a track record of achieving sales and efficiency targets. You will oversee shift operations, coach staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.

• Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.

• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
