Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Arizona. You will lead store operations, recruit and develop team members, ensure quality service and cleanliness, and drive sales and profitability while managing the P&L.

Qualificações

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.

• Problem solving and decision making – make good decisions based on analysis and judgment.
• Building effective teams – get the right people in the right places, enabling them to make decisions and celebrate success as a team.
