Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in our Arizona location. You will recruit and develop staff, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure quality service and cleanliness to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The role emphasizes team leadership, guest focus, and achievement of financial targets, with opportunities for development within a dynamic franchise network. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Strong math and writing abilities are required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is required.
• Guest focus—anticipate and meet guests’ needs and exceed expectations.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making and team-building skills.
