Daytime Only Restaurant Management Shift

Manager Information & Responsibilities

• Daily management of one shift (no double shifts or overnight closures).
• No open/close shifts for managers.
• Work alongside FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct full inventory for each period.
• Full transparency on financial performance for performance‑based compensation.
• Fully implemented technology solutions to aid in daily tasks.
• Support and timely communication without intruding on personal time.
• Relocation opportunities within states operated.
• Hire exceptional team members consistently.
• Ensure equity and equality for all.
• Present and develop growth opportunities for team members.
• Provide the Turning Point experience for guests from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team.

Schedule

• Day shifts only.
• Available to work on holidays and weekends.
• Opportunity for occasional weekend off through approved shift swaps when staffing permits.

Supplemental Pay

• 13 performance‑based bonus payments.

Compensation Range

$55,000 – $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
