Manager Responsibilities

• Daily management of a single shift (7:30 AM‑3:00 PM)
• No open or close shifts for managers
• Work alongside front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff
• Conduct a full inventory for each shift
• Provide full financial transparency on restaurant performance
• Use fully implemented technology solutions to support operations
• Receive timely and helpful support and communication without intrusion into personal time

Qualifications

Schedule

• Availability to work on holidays and weekends

Supplemental Pay

Compensation

Base salary $55,000–$65,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.
