Job summary

Turning Point Restaurants is seeking a daytime Restaurant Manager for a single daytime shift with hours from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, offering a balanced work-life schedule and opportunities for advancement. Location: NJ—Oakhurst area; strong leadership and clear financial transparency are essential.

You will collaborate with FOH and BOH teams, oversee inventory, manage performance-based compensation, and utilize advanced technology to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team.
• Work effectively in partnerships.
• Professional verbal & written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of 1 shift; no double shift required.
• No close/open shifts for managers.
• Work alongside FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct one full inventory per period.
• Full transparency on financial performance for performance‑based compensation.
• Use of fully implemented technology solutions.
• Support & communication timely and helpful, respecting personal time.
• Relocation opportunities within operating states.

Schedule

• Day shifts only.
• Available to work on holidays and weekends.
• Occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits.

Supplemental Pay

• 13 performance‑based bonus payments.

Compensation

$55,000 – $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
