Job summary

Turning Point Restaurants is seeking a daytime restaurant manager to lead a single shift with a 7:30am–3pm schedule, delivering exceptional guest service and strong team leadership.

You will oversee daily operations, work with FOH and BOH staff, conduct inventories, ensure financial transparency, implement technology, pursue growth opportunities, and explore relocation options within our expanding footprint. Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Daily management of 1 shift and leadership of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Conduct inventory for each period with full transparency on financial performance.
• Implement technology solutions to assist daily operations.
• Provide relocation opportunities within operating states and recruit top talent.
• Develop growth opportunities for team members and ensure guest satisfaction.

Manager Information & Responsibilities to include

• Daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a “double” when you close at 3
• No close / open shifts for our managers.
• Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct one full inventory for each period.
• Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.
• Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
• Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.
• Relocation opportunities within the states we operate in.

Schedule

• Available to work on Holidays and Weekends
• Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits

Compensation Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
