Job summary

Turning Point is seeking outstanding, enthusiastic team members to join our daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch service. Greet guests, seat them promptly, and coordinate seating per rotation to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates can stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and handle to-go orders with a friendly, efficient demeanor in a fast-paced setting across NJ, PA, DE locations. Growth and flexibility are highlighted in our benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation.
• Answer the phone and take to-go orders when necessary.
• Keep the host stand neat, tidy, and presentable for guests.
• Wipe and set tables, replace condiments, or other supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Running food as needed to both bar and server’s tables.
• Assist the servers with any needs they may have to keep the guests happy.
• Respond to any guest's requests during the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds.

Compensation: $15.49 per hour
