Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Management role in Wayland to lead hourly teams and ensure a premier guest experience. You will supervise floor operations, payroll, scheduling, and personnel administration, while partnering with leadership to meet budgeted targets.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, familiarity with POS and OpenTable, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
• 1 year of relative administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with restaurant technical applications, including POS & OpenTable.
• Experience contributing opening new restaurant location a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly teams to deliver a best-in-class brand experience and oversee floor operations.
• Support payroll, scheduling, recruitment, and ensuring accurate timekeeping.
• Assist with purchasing to maintain beverage and dry goods stock and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with General Manager and AGM to manage COGS and labor targets.
