Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver the brand’s one-of-a-kind guest experience in Tallahassee. You’ll hire, train, and supervise hourly staff, ensure safe, engaging environments, and drive performance.

This role requires at least two years of restaurant management, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak/read English and interpret safety and operating manuals.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling and evaluation of hourly team members.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Serve as the go-to resource for hourly staff and address team needs daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Monitor performance through follow-up and communication.
• Respond to immediate store needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Execute all store policies and programs to keep Sonny’s a best place to work.
• Work at least 45 hours per week; may reach 50 during peak seasons.
