Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and developing hourly team members.
• Schedule and evaluate staff to meet performance standards.
• Maintain a safe, professional, engaging restaurant environment.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to staff.
• Oversee performance of assistant managers and team members.
• Ensure guest receives exceptional service and memorable experiences.
• Execute store operations policies and programs.
• Report progress to Area Director.
