Aspen One, part of Aspen Snowmass, is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Denver, CO. The role focuses on maintaining profitability, service quality, guest satisfaction, and day-to-day operations under the Director of Outlets & Beverage.

Responsibilities include floor setup, hands-on service, payroll and admin tasks, staff training, and creating weekly schedules aligned with budget. Salary ranges from $68,000 to $72,000 with eligible bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in a Food Service environment required.
• Hospitality management related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and correct employees while maintaining a positive atmosphere and standards.
• Assist in interviewing, selection, training and retention of employees.
• Produce weekly schedules according to budget and forecasted numbers.
• Ensure financial success of the operation and guest satisfaction.
