Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent work experience.
• Serv Safe certification required.
• 5 years of management experience in a hotel restaurant operation/culinary environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial success of the operation.
• Manage food purchasing, receiving, delivery and rotation.
• Produce weekly schedules according to budget and forecasted numbers.
• Ensure daily opening procedures are followed.
• Maintain food safety and handling protocols.
• Contribute to fresh and innovative daily specials.
