Job summary

Aspen One, parent to Aspen Snowmass and related venues, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant and bar operation. You will oversee floor setup, hands-on service, payroll and administrative duties while reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, with bonus eligibility for salaried roles. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of management experience in food service and a hospitality-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in a Food Service environment required.
• Hospitality management related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, correct employees and uphold standards.
• Produce weekly schedules per budget and forecasted numbers.
• Ensure financial success of the operation and overall guest experience.
• Oversee health, safety and hygiene compliance in the restaurant and bar.
