Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations at our Snowmass Village location. You will manage budgets, supervise staff, and collaborate on menu development to drive revenue while maintaining health and safety standards.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and offers bonus eligibility for salaried staff, with a salary range of $74,000 to $86,000 depending on experience and budget.

Qualifications

• 4 years of F&B management experience required.
• 2 years of hotel industry experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service flow and addressing disruptions in real-time.
• Conduct daily checks on stock levels for food, beverages, and supplies, placing orders to avoid shortages.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
• Operate as a working member of the F&B team to provide coverage for restaurant management and supervisors.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback to maintain service quality.
• Conduct daily briefings or training sessions on specials, promotions, or new procedures.
• Handle payroll and administrative duties.
• Field guest challenges and develop solutions.
• Operate within budget and reach or exceed financial targets; track revenues and F&B metrics.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and alcohol service laws.
