Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in a Food Service environment.
• Hospitality management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and correct employees while maintaining a positive atmosphere and upholding standards.
• Assist in interviewing, selecting, training and retaining staff.
• Produce weekly schedules according to budget and forecasted numbers.
• Oversee financial performance and ensure profitability of the operation.
• Conduct daily inspections of the restaurant and equipment for health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Manage inventory and purchasing of food and supplies.
• Prepare daily prep lists and coordinate with departments on menu details.
• Communicate with the Director of Outlets & Beverage on inventory, ordering and pricing information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction across all dining experiences.
