Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking a Restaurant Manager with a bar focus to lead daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume upscale Italian concept. You will mentor the team, oversee service standards, and collaborate with BOH to ensure guest satisfaction.

With a strong emphasis on beverage program, you will manage ordering, inventory, seasonal updates, and profitability of the bar, while upholding brand hospitality and continuous improvement across the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Strong beverage program and cost control experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH operations with a hands-on approach, focusing on facilitating the needs of the team serving our guests.
• With the guidance of the existing bar team, maintain a clean, inviting, and profitable bar and beverage program—specific duties to include ordering, inventory, seasonal updates, and collaboration with bartenders.
• Set the tone for a culture of respect, hospitality, and accountability.
• Support, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate closely with BOH leadership to maintain seamless operations.
• Uphold brand standards while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
