Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager/Assistant at our Durham location on Chapel Hill Rd. You will lead and develop crew, schedule shifts, manage labor costs, and ensure quality and safety standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lead, train and coach staff.
• 2 years of management experience and ability to pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train crew and develop teams under management direction.
• Maintain product quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and reporting are followed.
