Famous Dave's of America is seeking a talented Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations in the DMV market. You will drive sales and profits, uphold our high food quality standards, and set the tone for every shift while leading a team with passion for guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of management in a high-volume, casual dining environment, proven leadership, and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

Commonwealth Blue Ribbon Restaurants, LLC ,a franchisee ofFamous Dave's of America, is looking to add aFamous Managerto our DMV market. Our franchise group includes multiple locations in the Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland and DMV metro areas. While other concepts are scaling back, our franchise group has tripled in size in the last FOUR years. We're looking forenergetic, fun-loving, enthusiastic peoplewho like the idea of working at the longest-running backyard BBQ party in America.

The Manager will oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes achieving sales and profit levels; maintaining Famous Dave's high food quality standards; and commitment to the company's standards of excellence. Most importantly, Managers are responsible for setting the tone for each shift and leading their team with passion for our guests' experiences.

Our ideal candidate has proven leadership skills and a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing in a high volume, full service, casual dining environment. Our DMV market locations include:
