Famous Dave's is seeking a Manager for the DMV market, overseeing operations at multiple locations including Laurel, Columbia and Waldorf. You will lead shifts, drive sales and ensure top-quality, in-house smoked meats and service, in a franchise role with growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing in a high-volume, full-service casual dining environment and strong leadership abilities to mentor and train teams for exceptional guest experiences.
