Job summary

Famous Dave's is seeking an energetic Manager to oversee operations across the DMV market, including Laurel, Columbia, and Waldorf. You will lead a high‑volume, full‑service casual dining team, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and ensure outstanding food quality and service standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing in a busy restaurant environment and a passion for training and mentoring teams. This role offers growth and hands-on leadership opportunities.

• Strong coaching, mentoring and training skills to develop staff.
• Track record of successful management in a high-volume, full-service casual dining environment.

Responsibilities

Our franchise group includes multiple locations in the Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland and DMV metro areas. While other concepts are scaling back, our franchise group has tripled in size in the last FOUR years. The Manager will oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes achieving sales and profit levels; maintaining Famous Dave's high food quality standards; and commitment to the company's standards of excellence. Most importantly, Managers are responsible for setting the tone for each shift and leading their team with passion for our guests' experiences.
