Job summary

Commonwealth Blue Ribbon Restaurants, LLC, a franchisee of Famous Dave's of America, is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our DMV market restaurants.

The Manager will oversee all restaurant operations, drive sales and profits, maintain food quality, and set the tone for every shift with passion for guest experience. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience managing in high-volume casual dining; opportunities to grow across Maryland locations Laurel, Columbia, Waldorf.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing in a high-volume, full-service casual dining environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to operate in the DMV market locations (Maryland: Laurel, Columbia, Waldorf; nearby markets).

Our franchise group includes multiple locations in the Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland and DMV metro areas. While other concepts are scaling back, our franchise group has tripled in size in the last FOUR years. The Manager will oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes achieving sales and profit levels; maintaining Famous Dave's high food quality standards; and commitment to the company's standards of excellence. Most importantly, Managers are responsible for setting the tone for each shift and leading their team with passion for our guests' experiences.
