Job summary

Dunkin' | Quinn Management is seeking an EXPERIENCED Restaurant Manager to join our team in Wilmington, MA. You will oversee daily operations, drive local store marketing, and lead a team focused on sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

You will mentor the Restaurant Management Team, ensure high standards of service, and participate in training initiatives. This is a franchisee role with opportunities for advancement and a strong focus on community involvement.

Qualifications

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and drive sales and profit goals.
• Lead and develop the Restaurant Management Team and staff through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
