Job summary

Dunkin’ in Ohio is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee overall operations, drive sales, and support local store marketing. You will lead the Restaurant Management Team and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage performance and training initiatives.

You will be part of a franchisee team, with a focus on time management, attention to detail, and service excellence in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

WINNIN’

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
