Job summary

Dunkin, a leader in quick-service coffee and snacks, is hiring a Restaurant Manager. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, control costs, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

You will mentor the management team and crew, implement training, scheduling, and performance initiatives, and collaborate with local franchisees to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee overall operations and guest experience.
• You'll drive local store marketing, sales, and profitability with your Restaurant Management Team.

WINNIN’

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
