Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee full restaurant operations at our New York-area franchise location. You will drive daily sales, maintain high service standards, and support a team dedicated to delivering great guest experiences.

As part of a franchisee-owned operation, you will contribute to performance, engagement, and training initiatives while ensuring smooth store marketing and financial results. This role emphasizes leadership and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver strong guest service and maintain a positive, friendly attitude.

WINNIN’

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
