Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts franchise in Florida is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales and profitability.

You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to coach staff, implement training, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards, while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• 18 years of age or older, per applicable law.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth daily performance.
• Drive local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Support the Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement and training initiatives.

WINNIN’

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
