Job summary

Chuy's in Westminster, CO is hiring a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operations from guest arrival to the last sip of margarita. You will lead with energy, passion, and excellence, keeping our bar, lobby, and to-go systems running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant, plus Food Handlers and Alcoholic Beverage Server certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
