Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Mansfield, TX to lead daily operations and create memorable guest experiences. You will drive service excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, overseeing bar, lobby, and to-go systems with energy and a passion for hospitality.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, with competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations (bar, lobby, to-go) to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop team members, coach performance, and uphold service standards.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
