Chuy's Restaurants in Fort Worth is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of operations, guiding the bar, lobby, and to-go systems with energy and excellence.

You will lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, top-tier food safety, and smooth daily operations from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of restaurant, bar, lobby, and to-go.
• Ensure consistent guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Drive team performance with energy, passion, and excellence.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and food quality standards.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications
