Job summary

Chuy's in Plano, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring guests experience warmth from entry to farewell and that our bar, lobby, and to-go areas run smoothly. You will lead a high-energy team, apply 2–3 years of management in a high-volume full-service setting, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and drive exceptional guest satisfaction.

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification required.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work fast-paced environments.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results-driven, collaborative, and team-oriented leadership.

Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
