Chuy's Restaurants in Woodbridge, VA, is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring guests feel welcome from entry to last sip of margarita. You’ll lead with energy, passion, and excellence, keeping the bar, lobby, and to-go systems running smoothly.

Founded in 1982 in Austin, Texas, Chuy's serves made from scratch Tex-Mex cuisine in an eclectic atmosphere full of color and personality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
