Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our busy bar, lobby, and to-go operations. Pay will be variable by location; you will energize teams and ensure guest love from entry to exit.

The role requires 2–3 years management in a high-volume scratch-kitchen, relevant certifications, and a drive for excellence. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
