Seasons 52 Restaurant in Florida seeks an experienced restaurant manager to lead department-level operations, upholding Darden Core Values and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will drive sales and guest satisfaction through proven leadership, systems and processes, while developing your team and ensuring excellent culinary and service standards. This role offers a competitive salary with quarterly bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years, current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high end resort restaurant.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge and guest service
• Proven ability to develop team
• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
