Salary Range: $55k-$75k per year (plus monthly profit share), commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a manager, you will work within a management team of 3-5 to oversee daily operations, ensure high food quality and cleanliness standards, train and develop team members, review financials, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes leadership in a chef-inspired, wine-centric environment, promoting work-life balance and long-term growth.
