Responsibilities
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through a proactive, hands-on management style and a 'Do Whatever It Takes' attitude
  • Lead and motivate staff to control costs and manage labor effectively
  • Inspect the establishment to ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Maintain accurate paperwork such as sales reports, petty cash reimbursements, and payroll records
Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of upscale or fine dining restaurant management experience
  • Extensive front-of-house knowledge and advanced financial skills

Salary range: USD $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
