RestaurantManagerRequirements & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in salaried restaurant leadership
• Excellent integrity and character
• Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
• Hands-on leadership style
• Exceptional integrity, work ethic and a positive mindset

RestaurantManagerPreferred Background & Skills:

• Experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
• Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
• No more than 4 jobs in the last 10 years
• Experience with cost control with product and labor
• Experience with training and mentoring
