We are looking for a results-oriented leader with the desire to achieve success through people, quality, and hospitality. The role involves overseeing overall operations, team performance, increasing sales and profitability, managing costs, and staff development.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Establish guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example.
  • Assist the Managing Partner with recruiting, training, and developing staff committed to delivering excellent hospitality.
  • Help achieve targeted budgets, goals, and objectives.
  • Ensure all daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and timely, including daily sheets, payroll, purchase orders, bank deposits, and employment forms.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or Fine Dining.
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, training, and team development abilities.
