Job summary

Fox Restaurant Concepts is hiring a Restaurant Manager for Blanco in Tempe. This role requires 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead shifts, schedule staff, and plan operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You'll manage daily decisions, ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness, and coach a diverse team while using POS systems and OpenTable to optimize reservations and service flow.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts including scheduling and daily decision making.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise.
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other reservation systems).
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
• Drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations for Blanco with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and shift coverage to meet demand.
• Monitor financial performance and operational metrics.
• Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Coach and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Utilize POS and reservation systems to optimize service flow.
