The Italiano in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences from open to close.

You will coach the team, manage shifts, and help control inventory and costs while upholding sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive food & beverage knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable leading under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory controls preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
