*Eligibility requirements

Required Competencies

• At least 3 years managing employees in the restaurant industry
• Preferably 1 year in a management role at a quick service restaurant (QSR)
• 1 year experience in interviewing and hiring decisions
• 1 year scheduling experience
• 2 years inventory and truck ordering experience
• 5 years cash handling experience
• 5 years customer service experience
• 1 year managing food and labor costs/metrics
• Availability from 4AM to 10PM
• Active ServSafe Certification preferred
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

General Manager Responsibilities

Develop a team delivering excellent guest experiences and top-line sales. Responsible for overall restaurant operations per Dunkin’ standards.
