Taco Mundo Kitchen & Cantinais looking for aFront of House Managerwho’s got the energy, the experience, and the right amount of spice to keep the party going in our fast-paced, high-volume, margarita-fueled madhouse (in the best way.

WHO YOU ARE:

• A provenFOH leaderwith at least2+ yearsof experience managing busy, full-service restaurants (bonus points if it’s casual or Mexican cuisine.
• Ahype machinefor team morale — you lead from the front, not the office
• Obsessed withguest experience— you fix problems before they even know they had one
• Fast on your feet, sharp with your decisions, and smooth under pressure (like, 4-server-calls-at-once smooth).
• Passionate about building a team that works hard and has fun doing it
• Fluent in “side work,” “pre-shift,” and “let’s handle this without killing each other”

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Overseedaily FOH operations— opening, closing, staffing, you name it
• Hire, train, schedule, and inspire your crew of servers, bartenders, hosts & support staff
• Drivetop-tier service, table touches, guest recovery — keep that Yelp spicy (in the good way)
• Work closely with BOH + GM to hit labor targets, maximize sales, and keep the wheels turnin
• Keep things clean, cool, compliant, and under control — always
