You will oversee administration, sales, profitability, staffing, and training, working closely with your team to guide them towards success.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Set the Stage for Success: Establish and implement operating goals aligned with our vision.
  2. Staffing Superhero: Assess staffing needs, recruit talent, and coach staff to excel.
  3. Standard Operating Procedures: Prepare, implement, and manage SOPs for smooth operations.
  4. Operational Coordination: Coordinate restaurant operations during shifts, interacting with guests for exceptional experiences.
  5. Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage prep and presentation to meet high standards.
  6. Financial Wizardry: Analyze costs, monitor sales, and establish financial controls.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify operational improvements and resolve deviations from SOPs.
