Shukette, led by Chef/Partner Ayesha Nurdjaja - a 2022 James Beard Award finalist - is looking for anRestaurant Manager!

This position requires daytime hours, evening hours and weekends withFULL TIME AVAILABILITY.

The exciting Chelsea restaurant Shukette has been heralded by The NY Times for its "extroverted, generous spirit" and an approach to Middle Eastern Cooking that is long "overdue in New York." Shukette has been recognized as one of the top new restaurants in the city.We focus on responsibly and locally sourced ingredients with a nod to seasonality. Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja brings an exciting and dynamic take on some of her favorite dishes inspired by her extensive travels.

TheRestaurant Manageris responsible for ensuring that all guest experiences are positive, all staff are supported in their positions, and the restaurant operates successfully. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining service standards that reflect the vision of the Bowery Group. This is accomplished by strategic planning, scheduling, training, education, intuitive and not intrusive service, and developing guest relations. Employees will be successful in position by accomplishing these and any other tasks and directives brought forth by the General Manager and the leaders of the Bowery Group.
