RESTAURANT MANAGER - FULL TIME - ONSITE

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience

Mendocino Farms is looking for talented RESTAURANT MANAGERS who can lead a team of happy, friendly foodies.

Competitive Pay:

• All Mendo Managers are paid on a bi-weekly basis

Schedule:

• Full-Time Availability
• We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

We’re Looking for Managers with:

• 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
• Strong coaching skills – provides effective feedback and develops the team daily
• Organized – deadline-oriented and results-driven
• Willing to master every position in the restaurant before teaching others
• People-oriented – builds relationships with guests and team members
• Humble – eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, expanding restaurant group
• Experience managing a large team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering and inventory management
