What You’ll Do

• Manage Front of House and Kitchen Activities: Supervise and evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and ensure task completion.
• Focus on Food Quality: Maintain standards, recipe adherence, and food safety compliance.
• Cost Control: Maximize profitability through food and labor cost management.
• Lead and Develop Team: Recruit, train, and develop staff; set goals and standards.
• Systems and Processes: Ensure adherence to company policies and health standards.
• Merchandising and Displays: Maintain presentation standards and monitor inventory.
• Office Management: Handle funds, media, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in sales analysis and planning.
• Problem Solving: Address issues and escalate as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in restaurant/food service management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems; organizational skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities.
