Job Title: General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including employee selection, development, and performance management within Angry Chickz standards. They oversee inventory, ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, develop, and retain team members aligned with Angry Chickz's vision, values, and culture.
• Prepare team schedules and assign duties per shift.
• Maintain high engagement levels with guests and team members.
• Manage guest frequency and recovery efforts.
• Ensure quality service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Implement and adhere to company policies, goals, and procedures as directed by leadership.
• Monitor food preparation, recipes, and portion sizes.
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations regarding cleanliness, food prep, and temperature control.
• Plan and execute seasonal offers and promotions in collaboration with other departments.
